Publishers Exhibition

Venue

The publishers exhibition of ECAS 2017 will be located in the corridors of the University of Basel main building directly in front of the rooms where the panels and round tables will be held (1st floor). At each end of the corridors coffee and tea will be served during the breaks. Conference participants will thus automatically pass by the stalls.

Book tables will be ready on 28 June from 8am. First activities at the conference venue start on Wednesday 28 June 2017 (registration, AEGIS plenary, meeting of the International Africa Institute, Business and Cooperation Forum & c).

Offer

Our offer includes three days of display, the listing in the conference book (with logo in gray scale, a short description of 50-120 words and reference to ground plan) and on the website, as well as the storage of your books before the conference. Furthermore you will have access to a room if you wish to do a book launch or presentation.

Each publisher may register 2-3 staff members attending to the display. These will register as ordinary participants from 2 March 2017 via the conference website whereas their fees will be waived (does not apply where a person presents a paper or convenes a panel, except for the Editors' Round Table). Please enter a note "Publishers exhibition [name of publishing house]" in the field Other Special Requirements. We recommend you chose the lunch option.
